Interior at Furlongs, 1939 – Eric Ravilious Interior at Furlongs, 1939 – Eric Ravilious. A watercolour painting, Furlongs was originally a flint-faced shepherd’s cottage which sits below Beddingham Hill on the Firle Estate below the main South Downs ridge.
